Need for Speed: Payback for personal computers is the next installment of the Need for Speed series, published for years by Electronic Arts. The production was created by the Ghost Games team, responsible for the previous two parts – Need for Speed Rivals from 2013 and two years younger Need for Speed. Car Classes - Need for Speed Payback. The cars in Need for Speed Payback are broken down into five unique classes so when you drive up to the starting line of an event you better be sure you’re behind the wheel of the right class of car. Car class is determined at the point of purchase, however not all cars can be every class.
